Protected material

The Nex Bazaar AI software (source and object code), interface design, logo and brand, texts, images, documentation and database structure are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769, the Berne Convention and other applicable treaties.

Permitted use

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for their own business during the subscription. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, reselling or publishing the software or content without written permission is prohibited. Short quotations with attribution and a link are permitted for news or criticism.

Third-party marks

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon, Shopify, Sovos and other names and logos are marks of their respective owners; mentions only indicate integration compatibility.

User content

You confirm that you own or may use the content you upload (product images, descriptions, logos). You are responsible for ensuring that published content, including AI-generated content and information taken from third-party pages, does not infringe third-party rights.

Infringement notices

If you believe your rights are infringed, send the location (URL) of the content, the basis of your rights and your contact details to [email protected]. We review notices promptly, remove content where appropriate and inform the affected user (notice-and-action in line with Directive 2000/31/EC Art. 14 and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, and Turkish Law No. 6563 / 5651).
