Email Policy
This policy describes how Nex Bazaar AI uses email, in line with GDPR, Directive 2002/58/EC Art. 13 (unsolicited communications) and Turkish Law No. 6563.
Types of email
- Transactional (account confirmation, password reset, invitations, billing and payment notices, security alerts, maintenance notices): part of the service; cannot be switched off.
- Marketing (campaigns, product news, newsletter): only with your prior consent (opt-in).
- Automated reports (daily sales/cash summaries, new-order notices): sent to recipients defined by the account holder, with minimal data and without end-customer personal details.
Consent and opt-out
Every marketing email contains a free one-step unsubscribe link; we apply it within 3 business days at the latest. We keep consent records as proof.
Sender identity and security
We send only from [email protected] and our domain, signed with SPF/DKIM/DMARC. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or full ID data by email — do not reply to such messages and forward them to us.
Confidentiality
Our emails are intended for the addressee and may contain confidential information. If received in error, please notify the sender and delete them.
